Get to know Syafiq...

Muhammad Syafiq Suresh was formerly the General Manager of Human Resources (Industrial Operations) with a large multinational company. During his time as a Human Resource professional, he also served as an internal trainer with the organization.

He left the corporate world in 2018 and is now pursuing his passion to be a trainer. He set up Qfive Communications in 2018 and it became fully operational as a training company in 2020. Apart from conducting training, he also acts as a Learning Facilitator/Coach for training conducted by other trainers or training companies. Syafiq is also a Certified Translator and this lends credence to the fact that he is fully comfortable training either in English or Bahasa Malaysia.

During his stint in the corporate world, he was also closely involved in the development of many Young Engineers who walked through the doors of the organization. All these and more, help Syafiq play a key role in People Development today.
